  • Mission Statement

    • We are an association of homeowners, renters, property owners, and business owners who have joined forces for the purpose of working together to identify and remedy problems affecting the living and working conditions in the Del Rosa area.

  • Goals

    • To assist the City and County of San Bernardino in the removal of blight and to promote the physical improvement of our neighborhood. To return the Del Rosa area to the position and prominence once enjoyed by its residents and businesses.

  • Quality of Life

    • We support attractive, clean, "kept" properties. The deterioration of property can change the climate of the Del Rosa area. By coming together to work toward improving the appearance and "soul" of our neighborhoods, those neighborhoods can only become stronger. We are willing to help others to achieve this goal, for we understand there are often circumstances that keep residents from maintaining their property.

  • Crime Prevention

    • Our neighborhoods, our homes, our friends, our neighbors, and our property values could fall victim to crime. Everything that happens in our neighborhoods influences the quality our lives; from graffiti, robbery, and burglary to drug sales. We assist and support law enforcement in the pursuit of a safe community, and we encourage our neighbors to do the same.

  • The following are made available to members of DR NAG:

    • Monthly newsletter with information about the area.
    • Access to our "Hotline" to report blight and other neighborhood concerns anonymously.
    • Notice of general membership meetings.
    • Advance notification of Beautification (free dump) Days and other activities.
    • Representation at important meetings, hearings, and workshops regarding city and county matters.
  • Participation

    • Collectively, we work together for a common goal. By addressing the concerns of the city and county residents in the Del Rosa area, we have become an influential voice in this community. Won't you join us? Dues are only $12.00 a year, but the benefits are worth far more than that.
    • Support your local neighborhood and get involved. The "Weed Whackers" group works once a month for about an hour and a half, picking up trash and pulling weeds in the Del Rosa area. Please consider volunteering. Call the Hotline for further information.
